Peacefully in hospital with family close by on 9th April 2012, aged 95 years, Jack (Mel), beloved husband of the late Winnie, much loved dad of John and Michael and much loved grandad to Phillipa, Cassie, Tina and great grandad to Emma. Would family and friends please meet for Funeral Service and cremation at the West Road Crematorium on Wednesday 18th April at 11.30am. Family flowers only, donations if so desired to Help the Heroes. Sadly missed by all who knew him.
