I can't say how sad and shocked I am at the passing of Michael. My thoughts are very much with his family.I cannot ever remember Michael not acknowledging me or finding time for a quick chat and his advice whenever sought was always to the point and right.A great businessman whose leadership shone down through his entire staff and for whom I had the greatest respect.Rest in peace Michael.

Michael Pavis was always helpful to Harts Hotel with whom we were involved from our opening. It is a credit and great tribute to Mr Pavis that his spirit of helpfulness imbues the whole of Michael Pavis Ltd.
