PEDLARPEDLAR.The family would like to thank all of Eric's friends who attended the service and sent messages of condolence, and the Reverend Pope for his sympathetic conducting of the service. They would also like to acknowledge the help given by Eric's neighbours on Ashbourne Road, particularly Janet and Maurice Bailey. Also thanks to Dianne Scragg who has been of invaluable help to Eric since Joan died - he really looked forward to her visits and their trips to Tittesworth. The family is grateful for the excellent support provided by the Sue Ryder care workers and the staff at Beech Dene Care Home. Special thanks are due to Steve Thompson, Eric's social worker, who was particularly helpful over the past year. The donations in Eric's memory to the Beech Dene minibus fund were gratefully received.
