DesmondPENGELLYPeacefully on Sunday 7th April 2024 at Pencarrow ICU. Aged 79 years of Landrake.

Husband of Helen Pengelly. Dear brother-in-law to Francis Sparks (Bimbo) Ryan, Sam, Eryn-Fox, Amy, Ellice and several nephews and nieces and a great uncle.

Revelations 21 I see a new heaven and earth. God said to me, I am making everything new, trust me.

Funeral service will be held at St Germans Church on Thursday 2nd May 2024 at 1.30pm. Followed by a private cremation at Glynn Valley Crematorium.

Donations may be left by retiring collection at Church or online at wcpltd.com for the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust also flowers welcome. All enquiries to Pengelly Funeral Service Saltash PL12 6AB Tel: 01752 848838.

I first met Des when I started short mat bowling at the Methodist church in Saltash.
We have over a lot of years played in many competitions.
We saw you as a good friend and will miss you.

What a lovely man. I have only know him for a few years but what a pleasure it was to know him. Charlie the springer was happy to meet him a few months ago. Des I will always be here for Helen. Rest in peace .
