PhyllisPERKINSPERKINS - PHYLLIS (nee WEALE), 2nd October, 2014. Passed away peacefully at Priory House, Prestatyn, aged 94 years. Daughter of the late Susannah and Harry Weale V.C. Elder sister to the late Harry, Norman, Jack and Derek Weale, dear and devoted wife of the late Ken, loving mum to Jacqueline, her husband Mike and the late Stuart, special granny to Sarah, her husband Andy and their daughters Annie and Poppy, dear auntie to Paul, Raymond, Gillian, Geoffrey and the late Andrew and their children and grandchildren. Phyllis will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service on Wednesday, 15th October at 1.45 p.m. at St. Thomas' Church, Rhyl, followed by Cremation at Colwyn Bay.
