Jan ChristopherPERRYof North Petherton, passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital with his family at his side on the 29th July 2022, aged 54 years. Jan will be forever missed by his loving partner Nick, along with all his other family and friends. A celebration for Jan's life will be held at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Wednesday 17th August at 1:30pm. Family flowers only please.
