aged 18 years.
J P sadly passed away in the care of Hull Royal Infirmary, with his family by his side,
on Monday 9th June 2025.
A much loved Son to Tracey and Mario Perry.
Beloved Brother, Uncle, and good friend to many.
Funeral service to be held at St John and St Stephen’s Church (Shalom)
on Tuesday 1st July at 1.00pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu can be made to ICU 2 Hull Royal Infirmary.
