DominicPERRY-SMITHPassed away peacefully March 31st aged 53 years. Much loved and adored husband to Sian, father to Oliver and Samuel, step-father to Gareth and Rachel, treasured by all who knew him, as they were by him. We will miss Dominic dearly. Celebration of Dominic's life will be held at Westerleigh Crematorium Monday, April 11th 3.30p.m. At Dominic's request all are welcome wearing colourful shirts. No flowers at request of family.
