Passed away in his 100th year, with his devoted wife by his side at their home in Clydach on 13th May 2025, Karsten, originally of Elpersbüttel, Schleswig Holstein, Germany.
Beloved husband to Theresa, married for over seventy years, and much loved father to Heike and Karen. Loving grandfather / Opa to Julian, Jenna, Kirsten and the late Jonathan, and great-grandfather to Zara, Leo, Ella, Alba, Otto and Mage. A dear brother, brother-in-law, father-in-law, uncle, great uncle, friend and neighbour.
Funeral taking place on Friday 20th June 2025 Requiem Mass taking place at St Benedict's Church at 1:45 p.m. Following the church service, refreshments will be served at Mond Valley Golf Club - the family warmly invite you to join them and share memories of Opa. Family flowers only please; if you would like to donate in Opa's memory, please do so to a charity of your choice.
