Allan EdwardPHELPSPassed away suddenly at North Devon District Hospital on the 11th May 2020 age 51. He will be sadly missed by his Wife Tracy and children Louise, Amy, Corey and Tyler. Immediate family only to attend the funeral service at North Devon Crematorium on the 22nd May. No flowers. A celebration of Allan's life we be arranged when the time is right. Tribute donations if desired will be for North Devon Cancer and Wellbeing Centre / Over and Above Hospital Charity.
