Funeral service to be held at St Andrews United Reformed Church, Wellfield Rd, Cardiff on Friday Aug 29, 2014 at 10am followed by cremation at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 11.30am. The family request that a bright accessory be worn.
