Sadly passed away on 7th August, aged 43, after a brave and courageous battle. Funeral to be held at Stafford Crematorium on Tuesday 17th at 11.30am and afterwards at the Ramada Hotel, Cannock. Family flowers only please, donations to Cancer Research UK, c/o Halliwells (Heath Hayes)
