ThomasPHILLIPSPHILLIPS - THOMAS, June 12, 2017. Tom aged 87. Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Rose and loving father to Thomas, Alan, Steven, Anita and Simon. Greatly missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and all his family and friends. God saw him getting tired and a cure was not found. So He put His arms around him and whispered "Come to me". With tearful eyes we watched him suffer, and slowly fade away. Although we loved him dearly we could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands put to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. (God bless you Tom we all know how hard you fought). Funeral Mass at St Agnes Church, West Kirby on Wednesday 28th June at 10am, followed by cremation at Landican.
