PHILLIPSPHILLIPS.The family of the late Mrs Sylvia Mary Phillips of Leek would like to extend their appreciation and grateful thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for all the messages of sympathy, cards, floral tributes and donations to Horton Lodge Special School received following their recent sad loss. We would also like to especially thank the staff on Saddler Ward at the Moorlands Hospital for all their concern and care shown to Sylvia during her time spent there.
