Loving husband to Samantha, dad to Alice, Daniel and Lee, grandad to Rebecca, Evan, Oliver, Riley, Mason, Milo, Claira and Toby.
Funeral service to be held on Friday 23rd February 3.30pm at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium (Large Chapel).
Family flowers only please but donations for RSPCA may be left at the service in memory of Andrew.
