PatriciaPHILLIPSPeacefully at rest on Sunday 18th February 2024 whilst in the care of Treetops Court Care Home, Pat aged 84 years of Baddeley Green now reunited with her beloved husband Peter.
Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 7th March at 3.30pm. Would all mourners wishing to attend kindly meet and disperse at the Crematorium.
Donations in lieu of flowers in memory of Pat to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
