Mel aged 48 years sadly passed away.
A loving mum of Tyrone, Leon, Logan, Marshal, Dimitri and Nevaeh, a dearest mother-in-law of Grace and Courtney, a cherished nana of Merliah, Lilah, Elijah, Lydia-May and Faye, a dear sister of Stacey, Jo, Alan and Penny, sister-in-law of Lee, Danny and John, auntie and a good friend to many.
A service to celebrate Mel's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 10th June at 12 noon.
