TracyPHILPOTPassed away suddenly on 1st April 2020 at the age of 51 at North Devon District Hospital. A much loved mum, mum-in-law, partner and nanny. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. Immediate family funeral only at North Devon Crematorium on 22nd April. A celebration of Tracy's life will be arranged when the time is right. If desired a memorial donation can be made to Dementia UK or Pink Ribbon Foundation. Donations and enquiries to be directed to A.D. Yesterday was the most hardest day of my life I didn't say goodbye, I wasn't ready I'll never be ready ... u would be so proud how everyone did yesterday we all pulled together as a family and supported each other best we could... u rest up u have a big journey ahead of u now I'll see u soon mum love u so much miss u every day xxxxx
