BarryPICKARDSadly yet peacefully passed away on Monday 25th November at Royal Stoke Hospital, with his loved ones by his side. Baz aged 71 of Madeley.
Dearly beloved son of Elenor, dad to Kelly and Simon, grandad, great grandad and much-loved friend to many.
The funeral service will take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 17th December at 1:20pm.
Friends and family wishing to attend the service are kindly invited to meet at the crematorium, unless otherwise arranged.
