Care (Rhyl), Nyrsys y Gymuned (Prestatyn), Staff Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a thimau Therapi Cymunedol (Gogledd Sir Ddinbych), Tîm Brenig Meddygfa Healthy Prestatyn a staff Fferyllfa Pritchards (Prestatyn) am y gofal gwych gafodd Ted yn ystod y ddwy flynedd olaf. Cafodd ei ddymuniad o wario ei flynyddoedd olaf yn ei gartref ei gwireddu oherwydd y gofal amhrisiadwy hwn. Gwerthfawrogir yn fawr iawn y gwasanaethau teimladwy a chysurlon gan y Parchedig David Ash, Canon Clive Southerton (Prestatyn) a Pharchedig Graham Floyd (Dinbych). Diolch i Mrs Mary Morris, Ms Hellen Stack a Dr Iestyn Pierce am y darlleniadau twymgalon ac i Rebecca, Richard a Luke am drefnu'r detholiad o gerddoriaeth fu'n rhan mor bwysig o'r gwasanaethau. PIERCE - EDWARD VICTOR (Ted) Siân wishes to acknowledge with grateful thanks the many expressions of sympathy and kindness following her recent bereavement. Thanks to Staff of K.L. Care (Rhyl), Community Nurses (Prestatyn), Social Services and Community Therapy Team, (North Denbighshire), Brenig Team, Healthy Prestatyn Surgery and Pritchards Chemist (Prestatyn) for the exceptional care which he received over the past two years. This enabled him to realise his wish of remaining in his own home in his final years. Thanks to Revd. David Ash and Canon Clive Southerton (Prestatyn) and Revd. Graham Floyd (Denbigh) for the wonderful services of thanksgiving and commemoration and words of comfort. Thanks to Mrs Mary Morris, Ms Hellen Stack and Dr Iestyn Pierce for such sympathetic readings and to Rebecca, Richard and Luke for arranging the selection of music which formed such an integral part of the services. Thank you to Wyn and the staff at Peter Roberts and Son, Prestatyn for the arrangements, care and support. The generous donations in Ted's memory are gratefully acknowledged and will be used to purchase equipment for the Community Nurses, Prestatyn.
