Evenings at Costello and weekends on Brantingham hills and the Westwood in the mid-80's conjure wonderful memories. Loved the approach to training shared by Bob and Pam - it made hard work fun and shaved seconds off personal bests! The city was blessed by your service to the community, for which I am forever grateful.

Great memories of training with Bob in the late 1950s and early 60s with Ideal Standard AC. He used to destroy me - but always encouraged me to work harder. He was part of the reasons why I became a PE teacher.
