William HenryPIERPOINT14th Feb 1943 to 24th Feb 2022. Reunited with his beloved wife Cyn in heaven, aged 79, following a short illness at Whiston Hospital. Funeral service will be held 2pm Tuesday March 15th at St. Ann's Church with Revd. Dr. Alan Conant officiating. Cremation will follow at St. Helens Crematorium. Arrangements are by Gornalls, Prescot. Bill was born in Liverpool to George and Martha Pierpoint on 14th February 1943. After school he pursued a career as a car mechanic. Bill married Cynthia Sharp on 6th August, 1966. Following their marriage they operated Pierpoint & Shearon Motor Repairs for many years in the village of Rainhill where they raised their family. Bill will be greatly missed by his son Dean and his wife Luci, daughter Denise and her husband Jeremy, his sister Elizabeth Skett and his grandchildren Gabrielle, Morgan, Imogen, Spencer, Charlotte and Kayden.
