EdwardPIKEPassed away suddenly but peacefully at R.D.& E. Wonford on Friday 13th December aged 93. He was accompanied by members of his family during his final hours. Edward had recently taken on the challenge of living alone after the loss of his beloved wife Sylvia in August. He did so with great spirit and good humour but also with an obvious sadness. Edward leaves 3 much loved children, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Edward lived a long life which provided him with both happiness and contentment and he will be remembered with great fondness by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Edward's family, friends and well wishers are all invited to a memorial service at St. Andrew's Church, Moretonhampstead at 2pm on Monday 13th January. This will be followed by refreshments in the Union Inn at 3pm.
