Thank you for being such a wonderful and caring Dad. I appreciate everything you have done for me and all the happy memories of family holidays and weekends exploring English heritage sights: castles, abbeys and gardens.
Thank you for helping me ride a bike without stabilisers, learn to swim without arm bands and drive a car without L-plates.
You were kind, loving, patient, gentle and brave- and a brilliant gardener. I’m so proud and lucky to have had you as my Dad. Thank you Dad for all these happy memories, I will always be so grateful for everything you have done for me. I love you so very much and will miss you greatly. You will forever be in my thoughts, my wonderful Dad xx

Dear Dad,

Until we meet again, I will miss, love and cherish you always.

I promise I’ll get better at gardening
and I will work on my punctuation!

As Olivia would say, ‘In my heart,’

All my love,
Helen.
