I enter this as a true account of a really great guy with an amazing talent
With some strong advice and even more personal conviction he progressed from working on cars in the street near where l lived to a thriving business with a wide following
Fitz had my back on more than one occasion
For which l thanked him then with a nod at the time and again years later
Fitz always had time and loved his friends and family
For a long time he really appreciated his good health
Then…
It was painful to see him later
We had a cry
It was upsetting for us to see each other but Fitz was realistic and confident that with faith and Lifestyle alterations his plight would be overcome
Sadly not
A really huge character that l had the pleasure of knowing
He always has time and a smile
I admired what he became
Such a talented person with such a big heart
If you were his friend he’d go to extremes to support you
If not they knew and he moved on
I will always remember this guy and the rash with which he plied his trade
He had a skill a talent and sadly l will not be able to replace
One of a kind
The mould was truly broken when he was made
Now at peace looking down and forever watching

Going to miss you Fitz mates for 40 years rip matey xxx

We were friends for over 30years mostly passing like ships in the night for the last 10years, but I’ll always remember the good old days! Especially helping you change the driveshaft on your Mk1 when you snapped it because of too much torque! That was when you decided to start getting custom machined parts made for you💪🏼 Those were the days! You’ll be missed by all🙏🏼 blessings on the other side, and say hi to your Momma from me
