GrahamPLATTSFormerly of Albert Road, Meriden, passed away peacefully at home in the arms of his loving wife and children on 20th July 2017. He will be kept safe in the hearts of his wife Yvonne, children; Paul, Samantha and John, grandson William and dearest friends. Funeral service to be held at St. Mary's Church, Dolgellau on Wednesday 2nd August at 2pm. Followed by private cremation. Family flowers only.
