Glenys and family wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence received in their sad bereavement. The presence of so many at Keith's funeral service was a great support to us all as are the donations for Kirkwood Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support. Grateful thanks to Dr Swe, nurses and all staff on Wards 3, 12 and haematology clinic at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and at Kirkwood Hospice for their care and kindness.
