Beloved husband of Ann, cherished dad to Grace and Laura, treasured grandad to Alaia and Ezra, dear son of Marjorie and the late Kazimierz and loving brother to Tina, Peter and Michael.

Funeral service at Anlaby Park Methodist Church on 14th December at 1.30pm, then Haltemprice Crematorium to which all are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations in Jans memory to Pancreatic Cancer UK, www.pancreaticcancer.org.uk/donate/.
