LeePOLSHAW(Née Beverley Cardash ) Born in London on 2 March 1964 and died unexpectedly of a cardiac arrest, aged 59, on 23 August 2023 in Stoke-on-Trent.

She's survived and very much missed by husband Andy; her mother Leila; father Alan; sister Suzanna, step-father Howard and the many people who knew and loved her.

Lee was always politically active, attending anti-fascist demonstrations and joining the Labour party, despite hating party politics. She stood as their candidate for the 2021 Penkhull & Stoke by-election, and could often be found campaigning on local and national political and social issues.

Funeral service and cremation to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Monday 18th September 2023 at 2.00pm. Will all relatives and friends please meet at the crematorium.

Rather than flowers, donations can be given to Liberty or Cruelty Free International via the funeral directors.

Rest in Peace you truly unique and forever beautiful woman.

They say God takes only the best first as there is a need for them in heaven. Fly high beautiful you were truly amazing lady. You will be missed as long as time for those close to you exists. ❤️🙏

For Lee our beautiful and unique daughter in law. Knowing you, I suspect that you are convincing the powers that be in heaven that your way of running things there would be better and more efficient.
With love from Mumaji and Dadaji xx
