Well Ken my Bonny Lad, what a wonderful send off you had yesterday, there were so many people at the Chapel that some had to listen to the service outside!
It was an honour to be asked by your dear son Mark to be a pall bearer, and although I was nervous everything went smoothly.
The wake at Westerhope Golf Club was equally well attended and we celebrated your life with many happy, and funny memories.
Sending your dear wife Joan and your sons Michael and Mark, and your beautiful grandchildren all our love, and until we meet again, I will always remember our friendship.

So sad we could not be there to say a final goodbye to you today Kenny, you were a brilliant "Spanish" neighbour, always ready to help out with a smile if we needed a hand, a
golfing mate for Rob, not to mention great company on our nights out. Our Spanish trips will not be the same without seeing your smile or hearing your laughter. May you RIP.

Big Ken,

One of a kind, a family man and a true gentleman, simply don’t make them like you anymore.

Always been like the dad I never had, always carried a laugh on your face and could lighten any mood in any room. His passion for football was second to none and inspired me and mark every week no matter what game we were playing. His knowledge of every tier of football from players to football grounds to the exact time and distance to get to them was frighteningly accurate!

The memories I have will stick with me forever and your legacy will Live on through the amazing family you’ve raised.

RIP big Ken will miss you a lot!

Ken, such an amazing man. I have only known Ken for a few years and in this time I feel he lit up the room with his smile, he would tell me some amazing stories of his life, while I treated him in clinic. I feel privileged to have known him and been part of his life. Ken you will be a massive miss RIP Big Ken.
