Patricia ElizabethPOOLEYSadly passed away in her sleep at home on 12th June 2024 aged 82 years.

Beloved wife of David. Loving mum to David and Karen, mother-in-law to Darryl and Tracy, grandmother to Jason, Kyra, Caitlin and Kelsey, and great-grandmother to Lilly, Hudson and Lottie.

She will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts.

Funeral service will be held at Efford Crematorium on Friday 5th July at 11.30am.
