Sylvia (Joan)POSKITTPassed away peacefully on Tuesday 19th July 2022 aged 81 surrounded by her loving children. Reunited with her loving mam, dad and brother Len. Much loved mam of Julie, Stephen and Karl, in-law Allison, Sam and sadly missed by Helen, cherished grandma of Daniel, Lewis, Josh, Josh and Kieran, cherished great-grandma to Theo, Ayla, Layla, William and Mila. Service to be held on Tuesday 9th August at 1.00pm in Chanterlands Crematorium (Small Chapel). Family flowers only please but donations would be gratefully received at the service for the PDSA.
