I would like to say Gerrard was a good mate of mine.I met through another friend...Bruce Morgan,we all used to meet up in Costessey, Bawburgh Lane in Norwich. Gerry had a 900cc Kawasaki which he allowed me to ride. I know what you mean about Fun, Gerrard was a lot of fun. We all knew he was a bit clever he worked for a local pharmaceutical factory and there was talk of him going to University!!!
He made a venture into Chemistry when he brewed some home-made ale for us...we all went down sick because we started too early!!!
I am very proud to have known the man when I did and send my Condolences. x
