Peacefully at Aspen House Care Home on Saturday 30th November 2024, aged 78 years.
Beloved wife of the late John, much loved mam to Angela, John, Josephine & Patricia and mother in law to Dave, Steve & Terry. Adored nanna to nine and great nanna to twenty one. Pat will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. Family flowers only donations to Dementia UK.
Please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium, Gateshead, on Tuesday 10th December at 1.45pm. All welcome after the service to The Sutherlands, Windy Nook.
