Jack AlanPOULTERJack passed peacefully away on the 5th August 2023 at his care residence, leaving behind his Wife Sylvia, Children Alan, Anita and Colin, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. His funeral service will be held on the 30th August at 10:30am to be held at Canley Crematorium, Cannon Hill Chapel. Family Flowers only. Donations to be made in Jack's name to Ben's day care centre Humber Road.
