Beloved wife to the late Louis Bernard, mother to Martin and Ann, grandmother to Luke, Matthew, Helen and Sally.
Sadly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel on Wednesday 11th July at 12.45pm.
