ElwynPOWELLOf Newton, Chester, formerly of Blaenau Ffestiniog, passed away suddenly on Tuesday 21st February, aged 86 years. Devoted and much loved husband of Audrey, and a kind and respected uncle, cousin, friend and neighbour. Public funeral service to be held at Blacon Crematorium, Chester on Monday 3rd April at 2pm.
