Beloved wife of John, mother to Mitchell, Austin. Daughter to Shirley, twin to Mark, sister to Lindsay, Ruth and Laurel. Dearly loved and greatly missed.

I remember well meeting Jacqui, her brother Mark, mother Shirley, and sister Lindsay in Vancouver, Canada around 1988. I saw Jacqui again while visiting London in 1989 and we enjoyed a dinner at Santini's on Ebury Street. Her mother Shirley had been kind enough to put me in touch with Jacqui. Jacqui made me laugh and will be most assuredly missed.
