Funeral service in St John's Chapel, Oxford Crematorium OX3 9RZ at 11am on Tuesday 4th December. Donations to British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service, 7 Buttermarket, Thame, OX9 3EW.
