Jack, aged 89 years of Longton formerly of Meir, much loved and devoted husband of Cath, a loving dad of Sheila, Carole, Diane, Marie and John, a dear father-in-law, grandad, great grandad, brother-in-law and uncle.
Funeral service to be held on Friday 27th April at Broadway Methodist chapel, Meir at 11:30 am followed by interment at Longton Garden of Remembrance.
Would Relatives please accept this intimation and friends kindly meet at the chapel.
