JacPRICESadly passed away at Royal Stoke University Hospital on the 7th February aged 83 years. Jacqueline will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A funeral service will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Wednesday 12th March at 11am. Family flowers only please with donations in lieu, if desired, for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
