So… it’s been a year. How has it been a year already? This year has certainly had its ups and downs but I can’t believe it’s been this long since I’ve talked to you. My best friend, soul mate, my Monkey.
The furbaby cuddles must be awesome and I hope the darts matches are as good as we all imagine. The cold spots when I need a hug and the ‘only you would put that song on’ suddenly playing. All of those things only you and I would say… I realise I’m never going to hear you say them again and it rips me in two. Jokes no one will get and stupid things like “Mouser!!! We love youuuu!”
Taken way too soon. 🤍

Hi daddy, so it’s been a year now. 🤍 It’s so easy to forget, the amount of times we’ve gone to call or text you is painful, but I know you’re still here with us… just in a different way now. I see signs of you in Snowdrops, Darts related things and obviously anything to do with horses as well as things that spark up the memories of our inside jokes. We keep thinking that you’re actually on another lovely long cruise and that you’ll be home soon, something I wish was true. I miss you immensely, endlessly and deeply. We all do. I hope you’re proud of me and aren’t judging my now very faded blue hair, but it’s the blue you chose so I’m keeping it as long as I can. I adore you daddy, forever and always 🤍 Save a place in Heaven for me, I’ll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge 🌈 Forever and Always, your Charlie Bear 🤍xxx

It’s been a month since we lost you… and a week since we said goodbye. It still doesn’t feel real, I keep waiting for you to call or to reply. I miss you daddy, so very much. 🤍 There still aren’t enough words to thank you, or enough to say how much you’ll always mean to me. I love you dad, forever and always 🤍xx
