Jim was always a joyful and kind-hearted soul, i will never forget all the times when i was younger where I would sit with jim and watch cbeebies at his house since i didnt have a tv, as well as the grand national and also just for a chit chat. Not to mention his warm tight hugs he was amazing at giving and the fact he never ever forget my birthday every year I would recieve a card through the door even though we saw less of each other as I grew older. Thank you Jim for being a very special part of my childhood, I will never forget you and I hope you are now resting peacefully up there. Lots of love Alice xxxx

We will miss our good friend and neighbour, he was a constant prescence on our Terrace. From the moment we moved in until the end he was always there offering help if needed or a cheeky joke to raise a smile. rest in peace dearest Jim xxx
