Julie and family,
I was sad to hear that Mike had passed away, which I was made aware of by my mother, Glenys, who lives in Brecon and knew Mike's mother, Doreen.
We and you were Police Cadets together. Unfortunately, when we became Police Constables we were stationed at different ends of the Police Force and saw very little of each other, which was a shame.
With deepest sympathy,
Mark Pugh and family.
