Kai (Buddhist)PUCKEYPassed away peacefully at Derriford Hospital on 28th April 2013 aged 38 years. Will be sadly missed by Father Robin. Graveside service at High Cross Cemetery, Bere Alston on Thursday 9th May 2013 at 12.00 noon. Donations if so desired made payable to St Luke's Hospice may be sent to SJ Backwell Funeral Service, 32a Brook Street, Tavistock, Devon, PL19 0HE. Tel: (01822) 612034.
