Desmond BartonPUGH(Des) 25.04.1927 - 5.03.2015 Peacefully passed away, on March 5 at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital Des; beloved husband of the late Mair, he is survived by his three children and their families; Lynwen and Glyn, David and Gail, Glyn and Pauline, grandchildren Leeann, Jamie and Caryl, Gavin and Claire, Lance, Marvin and Robert, greatgrandchildren Kalvin, Alex, Mia, Ethan, Caitlyn and Cori. Thanks to all who attended his funeral and for all the floral tributes from family and friends also for the donations to Ty Hafan which reached £380. Dad and Mam supported this charity for many years so it is fitting these donations honour them both. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses from Ward 3, Royal Glamorgan Hospital, for their care, kindness and dignity towards Dad in his final days. Special thanks to Major David Wise of the Salvation Army, who gave a moving service at home as well as in Glyntaff Crematorium, and made it all about Dad. Thanks also to David L Evans & Son Funeral Directors for their care and compassion throughout this sad time. Finally Dad we say goodbye to you, the most wonderful man this world has known.
