Elaine AnnPURBRICK(née Blakey) Passed away suddenly at home on 25th February 2024, aged 59 years. Dearly loved partner of Tom, Mum of Laura and Matthew, Mother-in-Law to Alfie and Emily, Nan to Reuben, Poppy and Teddy, daughter of Janet and the late Don, sister to Angela and Nigel and friend to many.

Funeral service at Lincoln Crematorium (West Chapel) on Friday 19th April at 1.00pm.

Family flowers only, but donations for the Cleft Palate Clinic in Sri Lanka may be sent
