HazelPYATTPassed away peacefully on February 4th 2021 at Newbury Hospital, after her battle with dementia. Hazel, aged 89 years, was a primary school teacher and a former Church Warden at St. Swithun's Parish Church, Woodbury. Wife of the late Don and dearly loved Mother of Tim and Steve, Grandma and Great Grandma. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. All enquiries to Richard W.
