Michael DesmondQUINN(Gateshead) Passed away peacefully after a short illness with his family by his side on 27th August 2024, aged 86 years. Des, beloved husband to Dorothy, devoted dad to John, Michael and the late Sandra, much loved father-in-law to Tracey, treasured grandad to Matthew, Rebecca, and Aaron. Des was also a friend of many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Family and friends please meet for Des's service on Thursday 5th September at Corpus Christi RC Church, Gateshead at 11:45am followed by committal service at Saltwell Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu will be received on the day with proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support. A donation box will be available at Church.
