Tom passed away on March 12th aged 66 years surrounded by his loving family. A loving dad of Cheryl, Danielle and the late Jamie, a former partner and lifelong friend of Kath and a devoted granda of Tom, Dylan and James.
Dearest brother of Jean, Carol, Brenda and the late Margaret, Freddie and Rosemary and a much loved son of the late Freddie and Jane. Also a dear uncle, cousin and a good friend to all who knew him.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday March 28th at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only please donations lieu to the caring staff at St Bedes Hospice.
All are welcome to the Holly Hill Social Club after the service to celebrate his life.
